Privacy Policy

This page explains how the current LunarSEO product handles account, content, API, billing, integration, analytics, and support data. It is written for product clarity and covered by owner-delegated legal approval for this paid-launch candidate.

Account and billing data

We process account identity, email address, authentication state, client workspace membership, selected plan, subscription status, billing identifiers, and support contact details.

Payment card data is handled by Stripe in supported deployments. LunarSEO stores Stripe customer, subscription, checkout, and webhook references needed to activate plans and investigate billing issues.

Content and workflow data

Generation requests, keywords, prompts, source URLs, style profile inputs, generated drafts, SEO reports, exports, job metadata, and WordPress or webhook handoff metadata are processed to deliver the product workflow.

Customers are responsible for reviewing generated drafts before publication and for avoiding submission of sensitive personal data that is not needed for content operations.

API, webhook, and integration data

Public API usage may include API key prefixes, request timestamps, quota counters, job IDs, style profile IDs, webhook delivery status, response codes, and retry metadata.

Webhook secrets, API keys, CMS credentials, and provider secrets must be stored as deployment secrets or encrypted application secrets. Full API keys are not intended to be displayed after creation.

Product analytics and diagnostics

The product records limited analytics events for acquisition, signup, checkout, activation, reliability, revenue, and support KPI reporting. IP addresses are hashed before analytics persistence.

Operational logs and support investigations may reference request IDs, job IDs, client IDs, webhook delivery IDs, Stripe event IDs, and error categories so incidents can be reproduced in Docker.

Retention, export, and deletion

Retention should match the customer agreement, billing requirements, abuse-prevention needs, and operational backup windows configured for the deployment.

Customers can request export, correction, or deletion review by contacting [email protected] with the account email, workspace name, and the records involved.

Review status

Jurisdiction-specific counsel review, DPAs, procurement terms, and enterprise data-processing negotiations remain separate commercial steps.
