TERMS

Terms of Service

These terms summarize the operating rules expected by the current product. They are written for implementation clarity and covered by owner-delegated legal approval for this paid-launch candidate.

Account responsibility

Customers are responsible for activity under their accounts, API keys, connected CMS credentials, webhook endpoints, team member access, and workspace configuration.

Account owners should rotate exposed API keys, remove inactive users, and contact support when ownership or billing access changes.

Generated content

LunarSEO provides generation, analysis, scoring, export, and CMS handoff workflow software. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic, factual completeness, legal compliance, or publication suitability.

Customers must review generated drafts, metadata, SEO recommendations, and integration payloads for factual accuracy, editorial quality, compliance, and brand fit before publication.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to generate spam, malware, deceptive pages, illegal content, credential harvesting flows, infringing content, or content designed to evade platform policies.

LunarSEO may limit, suspend, or investigate accounts that create abuse risk, unusual cost spikes, security risk, or repeated webhook/API failures that affect service reliability.

API and automation

API access is subject to rate limits, plan quotas, abuse protection, feature availability, and documented authentication requirements. Customers should treat API responses and webhook payloads as operational records, not final editorial approval.

Webhook receivers should validate LunarSEO signatures, enforce idempotency, handle retries safely, and treat incoming payloads as untrusted input until verified.

Billing and plan changes

Paid plan activation depends on successful Stripe Checkout and webhook confirmation in deployments configured with real Stripe Price IDs and webhook secrets.

Refunds, trials, taxes, cancellations, and renewal handling must match the owner-approved checkout terms and customer agreement used at purchase.

Review status

These terms have owner-delegated legal approval for the current paid-launch candidate and are grounded in the current application behavior.

Jurisdiction-specific counsel review, DPAs, procurement terms, and enterprise contracting remain separate commercial steps.

Data handling details are summarized in the Privacy Policy. Security controls are summarized on the Security.
